To our valued customers, effective May 31, 2023, Smartfi Home Loans (Bankers Guarantee Mortgage Company) will no longer collect your mortgage loan payments. Your loan servicing has been transferred to Servbank. We are confident that Servbank will provide you with an excellent servicing experience and a robust, modern loan servicing platform. Servbank will collect the mortgage loan payments due June 1, 2023 and on. Please look for your welcome packet from Servbank for details on how you can make your monthly payments.

Does the change affect my loan?
The Servicing of your mortgage loan is being transferred, effective June 1, 2023. This means that after this date, a new Servicer will be collecting your mortgage loan payments from you. Nothing else about your mortgage loan will change.Where do I go to make my loan payments?
To make loan payments, you can send them via First Class mail, Priority or Overnight mail, or online.For payments via First Class (regular) mail, send your payment to:

What if I didn't know about the change? Will I receive a late fee?
Under Federal Law, during the 60‐day period following the effective date of the transfer of the loan servicing, a loan payment received by your old Servicer on or before its due date may not be treated by the new Servicer as late, and a late fee may not be imposed on you.I used ACH to make my payments. What happens now?
If your payments are currently set for automatic withdrawal (ACH) from your checking or savings account, Smartfi Home Loans (Bankers Guarantee Mortgage Company) discontinued the auto‐withdraw service on May 31, 2023. Your new servicer, Servbank, offers an automatic withdrawal program and will be sending you information on how to set this up with them.If you were on automatic withdraw, it is okay to send a check directly to Servbank. Please remember to write your loan number on the check.
Can I still make a payment through the Bankers Guarantee website?
5/31/2023 was the last day to pay through the Bankers Guarantee website. As of 6/1/2023, payments are no longer be accepted there.What are the next steps?
Please be sure to send a check to Servbank for your next payment. If you were on automatic withdraw, it is okay to send a check directly to Servbank. Please remember to write your loan number on the check.You should have received a detailed welcome packet from Servbank. This explains in detail your options to continue to make your monthly payments.
